Which compression level is right for me?

15-20 mmHg:  Ideal for all-day every day wear.  Offers moderate support to reduce ankle and leg swelling, tired and achy legs. and spider and varicose veins.  Will also assist in aiding muscle recovery.  Commonly used for travel to help prevent edema and DVT.

20-30 mmHg:  A medical grade compression level and often comes as a prescription or recommendation by a healthcare provider.  Please consult you provider before choosing this level.  Commonly used for moderate edema, lymphedema, Deep Veint Thrombosis, pre and post-surgical applications, moderate spider and varicose veins.

The foot of the Cotton and Wool Vim&Vigr Compression socks is thicker than the Nylon making it ideal for sneakers or other shoes where a cushioned foot is needed.
